Where Should My
Next Vacation Be?
Pack your bags and purchase your tickets.
You’re going to Long Island for Summer 2018.

You’ve been to all the local spots of the city that you live in. You exhausted all the beaches, all the bars, and all the restaurants your town has to offer. And now you’re looking for a change. Well, I’m here to give you good news – I have the perfect location for you to visit. No matter where you’re from, no matter what other things you have going on this summer; you must visit Long Island in NY for a mix of a relaxing, fun, and eventful trip! Here’s even better news – I saved you time by planning out your stay!

Day 1
Danford's Hotel & Marina – If you’re looking for a luxurious place to stay, I have you covered. Danford’s Hotel & Marina has everything from a view of the sound to a spa to a seafood restaurant. You could literally never leave and still have a good time. Definitely book your room now because this is a popular spot in the summer.
Open Table

Day 2
Fire Island – Today you’re going to Fire Island which is it’s own little island of Long Island (drinking game keyword: “island”). Pack a bathing suit, a nice outfit, and an empty stomach. Catch a ferry ride to Ocean Beach to catch some rays, Maguire’s Bayfront Restaurant to fill up that empty stomach, and Island Mermaid to party the night away.
Susannah Gill

Day 3
Avalon & East Farm Preserve – After drinking too many margaritas the prior night, you need a cleanse of the soul. What better way to do so then to stroll through Avalon & East Farm Preserve? The stroll can be as short as 0.3 miles or as long as 2.2 miles.
Mirabelle – At this point, you have certainly worked up an appetite. You continue your walk (or you can drive) right up the road to Mirabelle for a quaint supper. (I suggest getting the Lobster Stuffed Organic Chicken Breast – you deserve it).

Day 4
Time Square NYC – You feel good after yesterday leisure so now you’re looking for more adventure. I’m taking you all the way to NYC! There are tons of things to do in the at the Big Apple (like visiting the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Top of the Rock, Central Park, the list goes on) but I’m going to bring you to Time Square where you can shop until you drop.
Omni Hotels
Day 5

Se-port – Now for a more relaxing day - maybe you need to recoup after you found a trendy bar to stop at last night. I’m bringing you locals’ favorite – Se-port. This is delicatessen is the cure to everything. They only take cash (there is an ATM in store) but $20 should cover your tasty meal.
West Meadow Beach – After grabbing your juicy sandwich, you’re going to head a few miles north to West Meadow Beach. It rocky, so wear sandals. Here, you will just veg out for the day because you need to catch the absolute best sunset you will ever see. Each nights’ sunset is Edible Long Island
obviously different but pink dome one is my
personal favorite.

Day 6
East End Wine – “Too much relaxation is never good” – said no one ever. Today you’re going out east to watch a live band, make some nice friends, and sip on some fine wine. At the East End Winery, you will take in your visit to the wonderful Long Island New York.
Long Island Vineyard Tours

Day 7
Long Island MacArthur Airport – It’s time to go home after your exciting and breathtaking vacation. Hop on a plane to at Long Island MacArthur Airport, which is about a 20 minute drive from you hotel (during rush hour it might be a little more). Be sure to check out the beautiful island from a bird’s eye view.
Newsday
And voilà! You did it. You explored, toured, and learned some more! Since you have the inside scoop of how to live it up on Long Island, now you can brag to all your coworkers who are doing nothing cool this summer!
